About Me
A Journey of Quiet Adventures and Gentle Reinvention

I’m Kari — traveling solo at sixty-six, learning to live with more lightness and wonder. After letting go of nearly everything I owned, I began following the quiet pull toward new places — coastlines, winding roads, and towns where time seems to slow down.
Along the way, I collect heart-shaped rocks, bits of sea glass, and small moments that make me pause — a slant of afternoon light, a laugh shared with a stranger, the smell of rain on old stone.
I love exploring eclectic art galleries and wandering through streets that lead to something unexpected — a mural, a local bakery, a perfect chocolate croissant. I’m drawn to all things creative and handmade, to the kind of beauty that feels a little imperfect and deeply real.
This space is my way of gathering what I find — pieces of place, art, and reflection. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Subscribe below or simply visit when the mood strikes.
